Along with fast, free delivery, every package is guaranteed to be humidified to keep your cigars perfectly protected while in transit.
Flexible and Easy to Manage
You’re in control at all times. Cancel whenever you like, update your shipping address, or change your payment details after logging into your account. Unless you tell us otherwise, each shipment will be sent to the address you used at sign-up.
Limited Availability
Our $69 Cigat Town Reserve Club is a highly exclusive offering with very limited spots. Memberships may open up month-to-month and tend to fill quickly. To secure your chance to join, sign up for notifications so you’ll be alerted as soon as new memberships become available. You must be logged in for the “Notify Me When Available” button to appear. If you decide not to join after a notification, simply set another alert so you’ll be notified the next time a spot opens.
Shipping & Billing Schedule
Your first pack ships the day after you join, and you’ll be billed on that same date each month going forward. For example, if you sign up on 06 September, your first package ships on 07 September. In October, you’ll be billed on 06 October and your pack will ship on 07 October.
Payment Issues
If a payment is declined, our system will send you a one-time email prompting you to update your payment information. After you’ve updated it, please email us at info@cigartowns.com so we can attempt to process the payment again and confirm everything is fixed.
No Discounts or Special Requests
Because this Club already provides exceptional value and savings, additional discounts cannot be applied to subscriptions. We’re also unable to honor special requests or substitutions, as each month’s pack is pre-curated in advance.
